  • Noble is a five-day immersive experience held at the base of the Rockies in Colorado Springs. The work is psychological in its methods and experiential in its practice, held within a Christian worldview that covers and grounds everything that happens during the week. The workshop is a structured, small-group setting designed to help people move from understanding their story to actually living differently because of it. Every element of the week, from the morning movement to the group work to the rhythm of rest and engagement, is built to support you.

  • Noble serves adults who are ready to engage honestly with their own process. Most participants arrive having already done some work on themselves, through therapy, reading, reflection, or faith practice, and find that something still hasn't shifted. They are looking for the conditions that allow what they already know to finally take root.

Couples attend together and often experience some of the most meaningful outcomes. Noble also serves pastors, caregivers, leaders, and anyone carrying something that has been too heavy to address in the margins of an ordinary week.

  • No. Many participants attend without a current therapist or having attended therapy at all. For those who do have a therapist, Noble can provide a focused depth of work that supports and accelerates what they are already doing together.

  • The work is held within a Christian worldview, and the team is made up of people who share that faith. Noble is a psychological and experiential program held under the covering of that faith. It grounds and steadies the work without replacing the emotional and embodied process at the center of the week.

If you have experienced church hurt, or carry complicated feelings about faith, you are not alone in that. Many participants arrive with exactly that history, and they consistently find Noble to be a space where those wounds are held with care.

  • Each day follows a deliberate rhythm. Mornings begin with gentle movement that connects body and mind before the day's work begins. This is followed by teaching that draws participants into honest reflection on their own story. From there the group moves into several hours of small group work. Evenings are lighter: shared meals, conversation, rest, and the kind of informal connection that allows your nervous system to recover before the next day begins.

  • Devices are set aside for the duration of the week. This means no phones, no email, no social media. Some participants arrive anxious about this. Most report by mid-week that it has become one of the most significant gifts of the experience. The freedom that comes from being genuinely unreachable for five days is something most people have not felt in years.

If there is a genuine family emergency, the team is reachable and will ensure you are connected to whatever you need.

  • Groups are intentionally small. The intimate size is part of what makes the depth of work possible. Applications are reviewed carefully to ensure each group has the composition and readiness to support meaningful engagement for everyone in the room. Our current capacity is around 21 participants per workshop, with a maximum small group size of 5 to 6 participants with one or two group leaders.

  • That is a question worth sitting with honestly. Noble works best when someone has enough stability to engage deeply without needing a level of individual support that the group format cannot provide. If you are in an acute crisis, or navigating something that requires intensive one-on-one clinical care, a different setting may serve you better right now.

If you are uncertain, the best thing to do is reach out. Our team speaks personally with every applicant, and that conversation is exactly where questions like this belong.

  • Pricing information is available on the website and in conversations with our team. We are happy to walk you through what is included and discuss your situation directly.

  • The week is a beginning, not a conclusion. Participants leave with daily practices, grounding tools, and language to continue the work at home. The team provides support for daily life re-entry and integration.

  • That is exactly what the conversation option is for. Reach out and someone from our team will get back to you personally.

“The most meaningful work happens when someone is ready to take part in their own process and meet it with the guidance that has been missing.”
